Insurance is available and recommended. We are not responsible for items once they are shipped and will not offer refunds or replacements for uninsured shipments that are lost or damaged. For questions concerning insurance rates please email jodisacc@bellsouth.net.
Orders are generally fulfilled and shipped within 24 hours of receipt unless items ordered require personalization. Fulfillment times for items requiring personalization are detailed in the product description. Our standard shipping service is through the United States Postal Service. We have found that this is the most economical shipping method and offers delivery Monday through Saturday.
Merchandise may be returned for exchange or credit within 30 days of the purchase date. You must include a copy of the receipt to receive credit or exchange.
No refunds or exchanges on any discontinued, clearance, promotional priced items, or personalized items. All sales are final on these items.
